Creepy Doll Makeup!

Hello Everybody!
Seeing as Halloween is drawing closer and closer I thought it would be a good idea to show you guys another makeup tutorial to help you decide what to do if you are undecided with your costume yet! So this week I thought I would go down the creepy doll road because I don't see many people dress as this for Halloween so lets get started!

Step 1:

To begin with you are going to want to use a creme concealer that is a little lighter that your natural skin tone because you are going to be using a lighter foundation than normal. Apply the concealer over and imperfections and under your dark eyes to cover any dark circles because obviously dolls don't have dark circles. Then you will need to blend with a sponge until smooth.

Step 2:

Apply a foundation that is lighter than your skin tone and one that is a little dewy to give you skin a porcelain effect, I also blended this with a sponge for fuller coverage and to make it look more packed on.

Step 3:

Apply concealer again to hi light and fully smooth out your complexion, again blend with a sponge.

Step 4:
Next powder very lightly just to set the foundation in place but not to make your foundation appear matte.

Step 5:

For the eyebrows use a shade you would normally use but apply it very lightly so that your eyebrows don't go super dark. I am using the shade Whiskey from the Urban Decay Smokey pallet, I then brushed it through with a spool and set in place with some eyebrow gel.

Step 6:

Apply a light shimmery eyeshadow to your eye lids. I am using the Urban Decay moon dust eyeshadow in the shade Cosmic. All of the colours should be shimmery so that your face has a shiny porcelain look.

Step 7:

For the crease I am using a light shimmery pink eyeshadow I am using cliniques strawberry fudge and lightly blending it through the crease for a pretty girly but faint touch of colour.

Step 8:

To give your eyes that large doll like look you will need a white and a black eyeliner, take the white eyeliner and apply on the top and bottom water line to make your eyes look larger and then to exaggerate it even more draw a larger water line and then taking your black eyeliner draw the edge of the water line where the natural waterline would be if that makes sense.

Step 9:

Next take some black liquid liner and draw a very small line with a little cat eye, this will help conceal the eyelashes we are about to apply.

Step 10:

Now take some whispy eyelashes. I am using macs number 35 lashes. Apply these to the very edge of your top lash line and add a little bit of mascara to join the falseys with your real lashes.

Step 11:

Taking the same liquid liner draw around the edge of the black kine you just did under your eyes and also draw on some false lashes.

Step 12:

Now apply some tapered eyelashes to the false bottom lash line you really give the effect of doll like eyes.

Step 13:

Next apply a heavy amount of pink blush to the apple of your cheeks, also use a shimmery one if you have one. I have used a blush by sleek in the shade rose gold.

Step 14:

I then took a medium pink lip liner and drew a hear shape on my lips that I had pre lightened with the same white lip liner as on the eyes.

Step 15:

Then take a baby pink lipstick, I am using jeffree star liquid lipstick in the shade 714 and applied on the inside if the heart i just drew but extending the bottom line to create a baby lip shape, i then went over the white part with the same sponge i applied my foundation with the blend the edge of the lip in with the rest of the face.

Step 16:

Lastly take some goldish hi light and apply heavily to the nose, chin, forehead and upper lip to again make the face appear porcelain. And that's it you are now ready to turn heads at your Halloween party!

If you have tried this look let me know how it went in the comments below or if you want to know how to do any other Halloween looks again leave a comment, feel free to share with your friends. I will see you in the next post, Thank you so much for reading :)<3

Life Hacks!

Hello Everybody!
Today I have bit of a different post for you, it is my 15 favourite life hacks so... starting with number...

1) When you want to cross a word out but don't want the crossed out word to be visible, instead of scribbling it out, write random words and letters over the top of it. It will disguise it much better than a scribble.

2) If you want to eat a cupcake but don't want the embarrassing mess of frosting all over your face, simply just cut it horizontally through the middle and flip the top half upside down to make a cake sandwich with the frosting in between both pieces of sponge.

3)Poke a paper cake cup that you would use for baking with the stick of your favourite ice lolly to catch any drips of melted ice lolly so that you can have the joy of eating a lolly without the annoying sticky fingers.

4) Instead of burning yourself trying to light your favourite half burned candle, simply light the end of a piece of spaghetti so that you essentially have an extra long match.

5) Instead of getting a painful dead arm from holding your phone whilst watching a video, rest it on a pair of sunglasses.

6)If you have to use a public toilet make sure you use the cubicle closest to the door, it is the least used cubicle and therefore the cleanest. you're welcome.

7)If you are craving chicken nuggets but are trying to be healthy, dip some cauliflower in barbecue sauce, it tastes just like chicken nuggets but is much healthier for you.

8)Drink green tea before going to bed, it will increase your metabolism and burn more calories while you sleep.

9)Head and Shoulders shampoo can be used to get rid of acne but make sure you keep it well away from your eyes because if you get any of this shampoo in them it will burn like a mofo. I had to learn this the hard way!

10)Put your phone in an empty cup to amplify the volume (obv don't be an idiot like me, make sure your phone actually fits in the cup lol).

11)When you have finished an essay, copy and paste it into google translate and  let it read your essay back to you. Doing this will help you find and mistakes, I used to do this all the time when I was doing work for my GCSE's.

12)If you want somebody to stop texting you for good text them this- SMS SERVICE ERROR 305:MESSAGE FAILED TO SEND. FURTHER MESSAGES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. (Again you're welcome lol).

13)Sticking your fingers in your ears for a few seconds is an instant cure for the hiccups.

14) Use a straw to remove the stem from strawberries.

15)If you're feeling too hot, run your wrists under the cold water tap for 5 minutes. This will cool your blood down.

And that's all of my life hacks for today, let me know in the comments if you knew any of these also if you have tried any and give your opinions!! Thank you so much for reading :) <3

The Mask That Does Wonders For My Skin!

Porridge Face mask!!!

You will need:
1 sachet of porridge oats
2 table spoons of honey
Half a lemon
Milk (Use depending on how thick you want your mixture)

I have run out of honey so I'm going to use lemon.

Step one:
pour the milk and oats into a microwaveable bowl (this is when you would also add the honey). Mix these together.

Step two:
Cut a lemon in half and squeeze one half into the mixture and stir. Then place in the microwave for two minutes on full heat.
 Step three:
when ready take out of the microwave mix again and leave to cool until its warm, you may need to ass more milk. Its important to apply the mask when its warm because the warmth will open your pores.

Step four:
When the mixture feels warm to the touch, apply all over your face and leave for around 15-20 minutes.

Step five:
When time is up wash the mask off of your face gently with warm water and pat dry.

BEFORE

AFTER

 Benefits of these ingredients:

OATS and MILK:
The oats and milk in the mixture softens the skin and as an exfoliater to remove the dead skin cells as well as removing acne causing bacteria's and oils. They will also gently remove debris from your pores without clogging them and will leave your skin glowing!

HONEY:
Honey is an amazing Anti- Oxidant proven to help reduce impurities from the skin and it will also help battle mild acne and will restore skins texture due to its Anti-Microbial properties and will help repair the skin from sun and daily environmental damage to the skin.

Lemon juice is also amazing for the skin, they have Anti-Bacterial and Anti-Fungal properties to them which will help to heal acne and remove black heads. The juice of a lemon also helps lighten dark spots and blemishes, the juice will also help to reduce oil on the skin.
