Hello Everybody!
So Halloween is tomorrow! how quickly has it come around this year!? So considering Halloween is on a Monday and people aren't really going to be out partying because of school and work etc I thought I would show you some of my favourite horror movies that would be perfect for a Halloween movie night, i will try to keep this as spoiler free as i can, so get your snacks ready and grab a pillow to hide behind for when things get that little bit too spooky!
1) The Omen Trilogy
This movies isn't so much scary its more creepy, its about a husband and wife that have a baby boy, which a few moments later the father finds out has sadly died, so the father is persuaded by the hospitals chaplain to adopt a different baby boy who's mother died giving birth to him, the husband gets convinced and adopts the new baby boy without telling his wife the tragic story so she is none the wiser that her actual baby died. As the baby boy named Damien grows up weird stuff starts to happen which cannot be explained, people mysteriously dying in his presence etc. It is later found out by his father that their beloved son Damien is actually a child of the devil which is confirmed when he finds something peculiar branded into Damien's scalp. I will not say anyone because I don't want to spoil the movie for you but you just have to watch it!
2) Eden Lake
This is about a coupe that go on a little get away to a remote lake, once they get to they start relaxing by the lake, it is soon disrupted but a bunch of rowdy teenagers, they decide to stay at the lake anyway, but after a night on the lake they discover that their food has been infested and return to their car to find food, their car runs over a bottle left behind by one of the teenagers and the get a flat tire. The tire gets fixed and they go into town and all is well. Later back at the lake the boyfriend goes scuba diving and then realises the bag conating his personal belongings along with his car keys has been stolen, later there is a moment of confrontation and it all goes down hill from there, which you will have to see for yourself, I will warn your though this movie is extremely gory and very twisted so if that's not your thing do not watch this movie.
3) Paranormal Activity
This is about a couple that move into a house and Katie the girlfriend claims that she has been haunted by and entity since she was a child which she then thinks has followed them to their new house, her partner Micah then sets up video cameras all around the house to try and capture and ghostly activity which will film them all day and all night, Katie then reaches out to a psychic to visits them at their house and confirms that a demonic spirit is in fact following Katie wherever she goes, as the movie goes on you start no notice a change in Katie's behaviour and you also see very strange things happening throughout the house. You then see things take a turn for the worst. Although there are lots of paranormal activity movies been made this one is one of my favourites because its where it all started, so if you like paranormal spooky films check this one out if you haven't already.
4) Saw
The first saw film will always be my favourite out of all of the saw's because of the massive plot twist. Two men wind up chained to a bathroom pipe but between both the men is a dead man tightly clutching a tape player. Each of the men find a tape on their possession, when they play the tapes they get given a task, which will result in death. Again this movie is very gory so if that's not your thing ado not watch.
That is all I will show you for now but if you would like to find out about more of my favourite movies feel free to let me know, Thank You so much for reading :) <3

Creepy Doll Makeup!
Hello Everybody!
Seeing as Halloween is drawing closer and closer I thought it would be a good idea to show you guys another makeup tutorial to help you decide what to do if you are undecided with your costume yet! So this week I thought I would go down the creepy doll road because I don't see many people dress as this for Halloween so lets get started!
Step 1:
To begin with you are going to want to use a creme concealer that is a little lighter that your natural skin tone because you are going to be using a lighter foundation than normal. Apply the concealer over and imperfections and under your dark eyes to cover any dark circles because obviously dolls don't have dark circles. Then you will need to blend with a sponge until smooth.
Step 2:
Apply a foundation that is lighter than your skin tone and one that is a little dewy to give you skin a porcelain effect, I also blended this with a sponge for fuller coverage and to make it look more packed on.
Step 3:
Apply concealer again to hi light and fully smooth out your complexion, again blend with a sponge.
Step 4:
Next powder very lightly just to set the foundation in place but not to make your foundation appear matte.
Step 5:
For the eyebrows use a shade you would normally use but apply it very lightly so that your eyebrows don't go super dark. I am using the shade Whiskey from the Urban Decay Smokey pallet, I then brushed it through with a spool and set in place with some eyebrow gel.
Step 6:
Apply a light shimmery eyeshadow to your eye lids. I am using the Urban Decay moon dust eyeshadow in the shade Cosmic. All of the colours should be shimmery so that your face has a shiny porcelain look.
Step 7:
For the crease I am using a light shimmery pink eyeshadow I am using cliniques strawberry fudge and lightly blending it through the crease for a pretty girly but faint touch of colour.
Step 8:
To give your eyes that large doll like look you will need a white and a black eyeliner, take the white eyeliner and apply on the top and bottom water line to make your eyes look larger and then to exaggerate it even more draw a larger water line and then taking your black eyeliner draw the edge of the water line where the natural waterline would be if that makes sense.
Step 9:
Next take some black liquid liner and draw a very small line with a little cat eye, this will help conceal the eyelashes we are about to apply.
Step 10:
Now take some whispy eyelashes. I am using macs number 35 lashes. Apply these to the very edge of your top lash line and add a little bit of mascara to join the falseys with your real lashes.
Step 11:
Taking the same liquid liner draw around the edge of the black kine you just did under your eyes and also draw on some false lashes.
Step 12:
Now apply some tapered eyelashes to the false bottom lash line you really give the effect of doll like eyes.
Step 13:
Next apply a heavy amount of pink blush to the apple of your cheeks, also use a shimmery one if you have one. I have used a blush by sleek in the shade rose gold.
Step 14:
I then took a medium pink lip liner and drew a hear shape on my lips that I had pre lightened with the same white lip liner as on the eyes.
Step 15:
Then take a baby pink lipstick, I am using jeffree star liquid lipstick in the shade 714 and applied on the inside if the heart i just drew but extending the bottom line to create a baby lip shape, i then went over the white part with the same sponge i applied my foundation with the blend the edge of the lip in with the rest of the face.
Step 16:
Lastly take some goldish hi light and apply heavily to the nose, chin, forehead and upper lip to again make the face appear porcelain. And that's it you are now ready to turn heads at your Halloween party!
If you have tried this look let me know how it went in the comments below or if you want to know how to do any other Halloween looks again leave a comment, feel free to share with your friends. I will see you in the next post, Thank you so much for reading :)<3

Halloween Vanilla Cupcakes!
Hello Everyone!
So following the Halloween theme I thought I would do something a little bit different and show you how to make some fun little Halloween cupcakes, they look really cute and they taste amazing if I do say so myself. So lets get to it!
You will need:
250g Butter
250g Caster Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
250g Self Raising Flour
4 Medium Eggs
1 and 1/2 Tubs Betty Crocker vanilla Frosting
1 Small Pack of Ready to Roll Icing
orange Food Colouring
Green Food Colouring
Red Decorating Gel
Edible Glitter Green and Black
Cupcake Cases
Cupcake tin
Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. This mixture will make about 26 cupcakes depending on how much mixture you put in the cases.
Step 1:
Into a mixing bowl, pour in your butter, vanilla extract and caster sugar. Whisk these together until your mixture is pale and fluffy.
Step 2:
Crack in one egg and whisk until fully combined, then repeat this until all of your eggs have been added, the reason you want to do this one at a time rather than all at once is because your mixture will curdle due to their being too much liquid in your bowl but if that does happen don't worry, it should get solved once the flour has been added.
Step 3:
Sift in half of your flower and fold into your mixture using a spoon, this is done so that you keep all the air you have just created by whisking is still kept in the mixture. Once the fist half is fully blended add the next half and repeat until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Step 4:
Using a tablespoon generously but evenly scoop the mixture into you cupcake cases, the reason these cases are different to the ones in the picture above is because I lost half of my photos so I had to repeat some of the steps and I had run out of the silver ones, hence the flowery cases. Then put these into your ore heated oven and bake for 15 mins.
Step 5:
Once they are ready to some out of the oven, check that they are properly cooked by sticking a knife into the centre, if there is no mixture on the knife when you pull it out then they are ready for the next step, however if there is still some uncooked mixture on your knife then stick them back in the oven for a couple more minutes and check them again.
Step 6:
Once your cakes have fully cooled, its time for the icing. You don't have to ice your cakes the same way I have you can just do it with a spoon or knife etc but I think that piped frosting looks so pretty, so I'm using an open star nozzle. When you are putting your frosting into your piping bag remember to fold the top of the bag over to prevent the icing from spilling up the sides and making a massive mess. Then twist the top of the bag to push all of the access air out and then your ready to pipe. So start at the outside of the cake and draw a circle around the edge of your cupcake gradually bringing it to the middle, then pull upwards to create the peak.
Step 7:
This was when I made the pumpkins for the top of the cupcakes but unfortunately I lost the pictures of me making them so I will just have to try my best to explain how I did them. So starting with the orange part of the pumpkin take a large ball of your ready to roll icing and add your orange food colouring and kneed until the colour is evenly distributed, the take a small ball and rub around your hands to make a ball shape, then take the back of a butter knife and press down into the icing vertically and roll town to the bottom to make a line in the pumpkin. Then take a small ball of plain icing and apply your green food colouring and again kneed until fully distributed. Then roll between your fingers to make a point, then cut of with a knife and stick to the pumpkin using a little bit of water, then just for a bit if added effect I took some sparkly decorating gel and squeezed around then stem to make it look like drips of blood but that part is totally optional.
Step 8:
I bought some edible glitter from hobby craft in the colours black and green, so i sprinkled this over the icing just to add a bit of sparkle which looked so fricken pretty!
Step 9:
Lastly you just want to plonk your beautiful pumpkin creation on top of the frosting and then your all done!
Congratulations you can now make irresistibly cute Halloween cupcakes! I hop you enjoyed this blog post! Let me know in the comments how it went if you tried this yourself i would love to know! feel free to share with your friends and i will see you in the next post :)<3

Wednesday Addams halloween make up look!
Hello Everybody!
So seeing as Halloween is just around the corner I thought it would be fun to do a few Halloween looks to prepare you all for the big day! This week I will be showing you step by step how I achieved this Wednesday Addams makeup look, so lets get to it!
Step 1:
First of all you are going to want to start with a very heavy coverage concealer to cover any blemishes because if you look at Wednesdays face she have perfect skin, however you do not want to apply any concealer under the eyes because you want to keep the natural darkness to help with the look later on. I used Urban Decays NAKED skin in the shade fair and applied with the real techniques miracle complexion sponge.
Step 2:
Next is foundation, you are going to want a really pale heavy duty foundation but I don't have one of these so I mixed together Jeffree star's Drug Lord with any old foundation I found in my drawer, you will want to use a lot of the white and only a tiny blob of foundation in order to achieve a very pale look, mix these two together and apply with a clean dry miracle complexion sponge This liquid lipstick is perfect to use for this look because it is so pigmented that it coats skin evenly and will no move anywhere, once it is dry its there to stay, unlike face paint where it can sometimes apply patchy and rub off throughout the night.
Step 3:
So seeing as Halloween is just around the corner I thought it would be fun to do a few Halloween looks to prepare you all for the big day! This week I will be showing you step by step how I achieved this Wednesday Addams makeup look, so lets get to it!

Step 3:
After the face is eyebrows. Use whichever product you would normally use to fill and shape your brows but as you can see the white background you just applied makes the product look a lot warmer so I went over it very lightly with a matte black eyeshadow.
As you can see it makes the eyebrow look much bolder and thicker, this will also help you face to look paler. Then set your eyebrows in place with an eyebrow gel.
Step 4:
On the eyes I'm using the Makeup Revolution Fortune Favours The Brave pallet. I am using the shade soft on the lid, Drama Queen on the outer lid and the socket and The revolution on the inside of my eye to give a dead bruised effect, then I blend them together.
Then I used the shade Latte in the outer edge of the top of my nose to make my eyes look sunken in .
Then take a grey eyeshadow, I am using the Alice in Wonderland Urban Decay pallet in the shade mirror. Using a small fluffy brush blend some of the grey eyeshadow underneath the inner corner of your eye for a grey dead ashy look.
Then using the same colour lightly apply some to your brow bone to add a frosty shimmery hi light. Do the same in the inner corners as well.
I then too a white eyeliner and applied a thick coat to my water line to make my eyes look bigger and more open and the applied black eyeliner to the bottom lash line, don't take the black eyeliner all the way as we want the eyes to look open.
To blend the line of the harsh black eyeliner I used this spongey thing (I have no idea what they are called lol) just to smoke out the eyeliner.
Step 5:
After this you want to apply some liquid eyeliner because we are going to be applying false eyelashes. I am using soap and glory's super cat liquid eyeliner. You should apply the eyeliner so that the middle of the eye has a thicker line the both outside corners to make the eyes appear more rounded.
step 6:
Now its time for the falseys, I am using number 2 mac eyelashes. clasp the lashes near the roots with tweezers and apply a thin coat of glue ensuring to apply more on both edges to reduce the chance of them lifting, wait until the glue is tacky and apply above the lash line over the liquid eyeliner, position them where you are happy and push onto the skin until they are stuck.
step 7:
Then apply some mascara to the bottom lashes. I am music Benefits roller lash.
step 8:
After you have completed the eyes, take any matte black eyeshadow and contour under the cheekbones to create a hollow dead grey look.
Now we want to add some frostiness to the face so I am applying a small amount of highlight using a fan brush just above the cheek bone.
Step 9:
Finally you want to add some black lipstick, I am using the Klyie Cosmetics liquid lipstick in the shade kymajesty. I would defiantly recommend applying a lip liner or maybe an eyeliner around the edge of your lips because as you can see mine didn't look as bold and harsh as I would have liked.
So now were all done, now you can rock Halloween with your chilling Wednesday Addams look if you tried this look yourself let me know how it went in the comments and feel free to share it would be much appreciated. :) <3
